Measuring the audio-video sync in live broadcasts or events required an accurate test source to go in front of the camera.  Whilst a laptop or mobile device could be used, they often suffer from non-deterministic playback and poor accuracy.  Sync-Generator is a source which generates an audio and video pulse of know duration and interval.  For all the details, see the Sync-Generator website.
